Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta will reportedly give a chance to Reuell Walters in the Europa League game. Reuell Walters is a 17-year-old right back.

However, Arteta might give him a chance against Bodo/Glimt in the European competition. The game comes after the hectic Tottenham game.

Arsenal are going to have a very hectic schedule. This is because of the FIFA World Cup in Qatar this year. Hence, Premier League games and other cup games are coming up fast for the Gunners. They are also playing in Europa League this year. Therefore, Mikel Arteta will have to rotate his squad efficiently. The Gunners are currently in brilliant form this season.

They are at the top of the Premier League table. Arsenal have also won their Europa League game. Hence, Mikel Arteta will be hoping to keep the brilliant going. Although, he will have to maintain the fitness of the squad during the hectic schedule. Hence, there are chances that Arteta will give opportunities to youngsters from the academy in the Europa League and cup games.

According to reports, Mikel Arteta is going to give academy star Reuell Walters a chance in the Europa League. The report also claims that there is even a chance of him starting the game. Reuell Walters reportedly impressed the first-team coaching staff with his abilities. Hence, Arteta was told to keep a close eye on the defender.

However, the defender did not play for Arsenal in the preseason due to an injury. But, the defender has trained well recently after recovering from injury. The defender also trained with the first team before the Europa League game. Many said that he cannot play in Europa League because his name is not on the squad list. However, he can be on the B list because he is only 17.

Therefore, with the injury of Cedric Soares and constant minor injuries to Takheiro Tomiyasu, Reuell Walters definitely has a chance to play for Arsenal. Mikel Arteta currently prefers playing Ben White at right-back in important games. Hence, there is very little chance of the involvement of Ben White.
