Chelsea are reportedly in advanced negotiations to sign Noni Madueke in the January transfer window. PSV Eindhoven are also open to selling him for the right price.
However, personal terms are not going to be the problem for the Blues and the player. This is because the young winger is excited to join the Premier League giants.

According to reports, Noni Madueke is pushing for a move to Chelsea in the January transfer window. The report also claims that the Blues are in advanced negotiations with PSV and the player’s agent. Hence, it is clear that another transfer for the Blues is going at a good pace. Although, there is no full agreement between the clubs. The Blues have also already signed Mykhaylo Mudryk. Hence, signing of Noni Madueke is a little surprise.
It is a little surprise because Pulisic is out with injury for two months. The next reason is Hakim Ziyech also wants to leave Chelsea on loan or on permanent deal. AC Milan and Newcastle United are both monitoring the situation. Hence, it is better they have good amount of options available in the team for the remainder of the season. Transfer expert Simon Philips has said that Noni Madueke would love to join Chelsea. However, he will not push too hard to get the move in the January transfer window. Hence, he will wait for both of the parties to agree a fee for him. This is because he has great respect for PSV Eindhoven developing him into a brilliant player. The Dutch giants at the moment are asking at least 35 million. Whereas, the Blues value him at the moment for 25 million.
Simon Philips further said, “Madueke talks continue, and Chelsea are about £8.8m away from agreeing a fee for the England U21 international and have been trying to make that up with add-ons. There was an initial verbal offer from Chelsea for around £25m. Player is happy to go to Chelsea, but he isn’t pushing it and wants to stay respectful to his club. Therefore, Chelsea will now evaluate the situation before making the second bid for the exciting winger.
Noni Madueke is a young exciting potential signing for Chelsea in the January transfer window. However, his product in the final third will need work in the Premier League. Although, Graham Potter is there for this job. He has already developed young players into brilliant players for his previous club Brighton .
