Liverpool have reportedly agreed on a transfer for PSV Eindhoven forward Cody Gakpo in the January transfer window. Manchester United were also monitoring the situation.

However, the Reds have made a quick move to sign the Dutch forward to cover the injured Luiz Diaz. Hence, Cody Gakpo will arrive in England soon to complete a January transfer move.

Manchester United will now focus on signing another forward in the January transfer window. They have reportedly made Joao Felix their main transfer target. However, they will also face the competition of Chelsea and Arsenal. Whereas, Chelsea are looking at different options in the forward options after the injury to Armando Broja. Liverpool will also not stop at the Cody Gakpo signing. They are targeting the mega signing of Jude Bellingham. However, the deal is likely to cost them over 150 million.
