Clubs interested in signing Arsenal star but transfer has a problem says Fabrizio Romano

Arsenal

Journalist Fabrizio Romano claims a key hindrance in the transfer of Arsenal man Eddie Nketiah. Fabrizio Romano was speaking exclusively to CaughtOffside. The journalist (Fabrizio) provides some insight into Nketiah’s situation and who could come in at Arsenal. It seems that Gunners may have to wait until they find a player with right profile. Moreover, they are also not the one who make hurry signings. Furthermore, Romano also says now that they will be patient enough to wait until the summer when the right option becomes more easily attainable.

Names like Ivan Toney and Victor Osimhen were linked with them recently. Though, they are either too expensive or not for sale. All these factors make Crystal Palace and other clubs wait for Nketiah. The Italian market expert says,

Not just Crystal Palace – many clubs are interested in Eddie Nketiah. But it’s not easy for Arsenal to find a striker on the market right now. They won’t go for a panic buy in a crucial position, they won’t do something unless they’re 100% convinced about it.

All the players they like, for example Ivan Toney, are very expensive, or not available on the market like Victor Osimhen. It’s not an easy market, and that’s why before they give the green light to Nketiah they have to find another option on the market.”

Arsenal fans may get frustrated from this but January is never and easy market. Consequently, Arteta might have to make with the current squad he has for the next few months. However, most fans are likely to agree that it’s essential to offload Nketiah and bring in a more established world class centre-forward.
