Ex-Arsenal legend says he understands why the club will let £45m player leave

Former Arsenal legend David Seamen told he understands why the club will leave their player. Seamen believes that Arsenal will let there £45m player Gabriel Jesus to leave for financial reasons. The Gunners spent more than £200m in the last transfer market. If they want to add any new player they must sell some of their players for fair play regulations. Eddie Nketiah, Kiwior, Ramsdale and Smith Rowe are some names that can leave North London this winter. Speaking on Seamen Says podcast, the host says that there have been talks of Jesus leaving the club. The Brazilian can be a good option to raise some money and Seamen also understands this. He said that even he does not want the player to leave but potential exit is possible to raise some funds. The host said,

Can I throw in a controversial one who I think you could get decent money from. I’d tout Jesus around, he’s probably the one. It’s not worked necessarily, if you could get a decent amount from him and upgrade that position.”

In response to this, Seamen said,

I’ve gone quiet. Look, I don’t want to see him go, but I know what you mean.”

Gabriel Jesus is for sure of fantastic football player and important for Arsenal as well. However, honestly speaking the Brazilian forward is not looking the same this season. He only has three goals so far in this League campaign and is considered to be a flop till now. If Arsenal can sell him for £45m Andreas some money then they can easily go for a more dangerous option. Although it is very unlikely to happen but as David said, you never know what may happen.
