Kamara and his fans

Villa wasn’t the only one who has been actively chasing Kamara. The likes of Newcastle and Atletico Madrid were also in the game but somehow Simeone’s side canceled the deal at the very end.

Atletico’s representative also went to Kamara’s house to discuss the move but there was something he couldn’t accept. Kamara greeted Atletico’s representative in shorts and in barefoot with three of his friends present at home.

This scenario was unacceptable to Atleti’s representative and the deal went off. Representatives of Atleti have accepted this exchange whereas Kamara has denied the proceedings. Villa has a lot of options in the central midfield with some serious quality like Douglas Luiz, and John McGinn. Even after that Gerrard still wants to sign Yves Bissouma whom he has been following since last winter’s transfer.

Graham Potters Brighton is also ready to let go of Bissouma for 30 million but Villa isn’t the only one in this race. If we look at the circumstances Villa is the perfect fit for him. A player would love to receive regular game time and play in a team where he can contribute.
