Liverpool have confirmed six departures as the summer transfer window opens as Gary Lineker makes an honest Mane prediction.

Sadio Mane continues to be linked with a move away from Liverpool. Bayern Munich seems likely to be his destination. The German Champions have already seen their two bids rejected for the Senegal Star. The bids were deemed too low of their valuation. The forward has 12 months left on his contract. Though there is nothing agreed, but there is a chance Bayern might not come back. Former England star footballer Gary Lineker has told Sky sports“I think it’s very unlikely Mane will stay now, it seems to be a matter of time before he goes to Bayern Munich if they can agree a fee that’s what will happen.

Liverpool have confirmed seven players have left the club after their contracts expired. Lorius Karius who could not recover from the Champions League nightmare has finally left the club. Divock Origi also will leave the club as a free agent. The Belgian striker will be remembered for his goals against Barcelona in the Champions League comeback. Origi is likely to sign for A.C Milan in the coming days. The pair are joined in leaving by Ben Woodburn, Sheyi Ojo, and Elijah Dixon -Bonner also leave the club. Woodburn, still only 22 remains the youngest goalscorer in Liverpool history. This all players have been on loans, but they were unable to impress Jurgen Klopp. Also departing are academy players Luis Longstaff and Sean Wilson.

These players now will be hoping to secure moves to other clubs and continue to progress and develop. Although, Mane’s situation still remains open at the moment, but he is leaving the club a 100%
