According to sources, Liverpool is considering a surprise deadline-day transfer for Sunderland midfielder Dan Neil. The news source also stated that Liverpool is eager to sign Neil in addition to the transfer of Ryan Gravenberch.

According to reports, the Reds have been keeping an eye on Dan Neil for the past 12 months. They believe that in the long run, he might fill the gap created by Jordan Henderson’s move to Saudi Arabia.

Liverpool has already agreed to a £34.2 million deal for Bayern Munich’s Ryan Gravenberch, a deal that is anticipated to be finalised on deadline day. But, Liverpool still retain a great interest in the 21-year-old Sunderland midfielder.
