Newcastle United Lucas Paqueta is reportedly going to join West Ham United. The London side has agreed on a fee with Lyon for the Brazilian.
However, many sources indicate that the Magpies were never really interested in him. Although, Eddie Howe is now trying to get two more signings done before the window ends.

According to Sky Sports, Lucas Paqueta is now going to join West Ham United. David Moyes’s side have reportedly agreed to the 60m price tag with Lyon. The playmaker has also agreed to personal terms with the Premier League side. The player has arrived in London and has already completed his medicals. However, the final announcement is still pending.
The report also adds that West Ham have beaten several Premier League sides to his signature. Newcastle United and Liverpool were also monitoring his situation. However, they never started serious transfer negotiations for the player. Hence, West Ham decided to take the advantage of the situation. David Moyes hopes to have the player available for the busy schedule.
