Pep Guardiola claims that his Title win experiences are of no use

Pep Guardiola

Pep Guardiola has claimed that Manchester City’s experience of winning the title made no sense in their battle against Arsenal. He said that he would rather be ahead of the pack.

While Manchester city are aiming for a third successive title and fifth in six years, the Gunners are challenging for their first Premier League crown since winning it in 2004.

Pep Guardiola the title winning genius

Guardiola first joined Manchester City as their manager in 2016. Since then he has won the Premier League title 5 times with the club.

Guardiola’s Manchester City team played a dominant brand of football during these seasons, scoring a large number of goals and setting various records along the way.

Prior to joining Manchester City, Guardiola had already enjoyed a successful managerial career, having won multiple titles with Barcelona and Bayern Munich. He won three La Liga titles and two Champions League titles with Barcelona, as well as three Bundesliga titles and reached the semi-finals of the Champions League three times with Bayern Munich.

Arsenal rrunning away with the title

Arsenal are look like they are going to run away with the title this season. With 9 games to go they are the favourites. If Arsenal win 8 games out of that 9 games, they win the title.

Even though Pep says that previous title-winning experience doesn’t matter it does. He is playing mind games with Arsenal. He hopes Arsenal take their games lightly. With a game left at Etihad, they are gonna fight till the end. Pep Guardiola played mind games previously as well. Arsenal can’t take any game lightly and need to play every game like it’s a final.
