Chelsea forward Romelu Lukaku is not planning to move to Tottenham. The player has no interest in making a move to any Premier League team. Romelu Lukaku since moving to Chelsea from Inter had a difficult first season. The 29-year-old has just scored 15 goals from 44 appearances during his first year back for the blues.

That was a below-par season performance considering Chelsea paid 97.5 million for the transfer. During the end of the season, it was told, the Belgium international was determined to earn himself a starting spot in Thomas Tuchel’s lineup.

However, reports in the recent weeks have suggested Lukaku is keen to move back to Inter. The deal will only be possible if the relevant parties can successfully negotiate a deal. But the deal remains complicated as Chelsea is demanding a 20 million loan fee for the forward.

TOTTENHAM- ROMELU LUKAKU STORY

Spurs are also interested in Romelu Lukaku. The links were sooner or later we’re going to appear as Antonio Conte has worked with Lukaku at Inter. The potential pursuit comes even with Harry Kane now set to stay as Tottenham earned Champions League football for 2022-23. Nevertheless, according to recent reports, Lukaku is not even considering a transfer to Spurs as an option.

This is despite having the chance to work with a familiar face. Bayern Munich and Barcelona are the other clubs linked with Lukaku. All these options depend on Lewandoski. Should he leave Bayern and join Barca, Bayern will be looking at Romelu as an option. Should he not leave Bayern, Barca who desperately needs a forward would like to sign Lukaku as a loan signing.

The move to Barcelona would be a temporary solution. It is because Lewandoski becomes a free agent in 2023. So the moves to Barca or Bayern would be a loan move with the option to buy. Previous reports also suggest that whoever wins the race for Belgian forward has to pay a mandatory fee of 60 million for the permanent deal in 2023. The Lukaku situation is going to be an interesting one for the summer.
