According to reports, Chelsea are ready to pay Everton big money to sign Anthony Gordon. The report adds that the Blues are ready to offer £50m with a further £10m in add-ons to sign the young forward this summer. However, the Toffees are not ready to let him go easily. The report also adds that Everton are ready to offer Gordon an improved contract to fend off the interest of the Blues.

However, Gordon is not ready to accept an improved contract. The forward wants to play European football this season. Hence, the forward is open to joining Chelsea in the summer transfer window. THE BLUES ARE LOOKING TO BOOST THEIR ATTACK IN THE FINAL DAYS OF THE TRANSFER WINDOW

The report also states that Anthony Gordon is not going to be the only player to sign this window. Chelsea are looking to transform their attack. Thomas Tuchel has already sold Timo Werner and loaned out Romelu Lukaku for the season. He is also looking to sell Hakim Ziyech and Christian Pulisic also wants to leave in search of first-team football.

There are also reports coming out that the Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang deal is now advanced. Chelsea are close to finding an agreement for the forward with Barcelona. The summer spending is expected to be in the region of 200 million euros. Thomas Tuchel has also stressed he wants more signings to challenge the other big clubs to the Premier League title.

Chelsea have had a mixed start to the season. They won the first match of the season 1-0 against Everton. However, they were absolutely destroyed by Leeds United. The Blues lost the match 3-0 and also had Kalidou Koulibaly sent off after two reckless tackles by the defender.
