Chelsea may forfeit Conor Gallagher if persuaded with a decent bid

Gallagher

Chelsea is willing to trade away Conor Gallagher if other clubs give them enough initiative. As the player is not as much of a necessity as when they brought him in.

The Blues are not in need of the player any longer. As the club may have too many strikers at hand. The club is currently aiming to sign Arsenal‘s Marc Guehi to add to Folarin Balogun and Nicolas Jackson.

Still, the player’s His mastery over short passes and competent dribbling are no joke, and his contributions during the last three matches only prove it. Speaking of which, the player started in each of the last three games. Which hints that he is very trusted by the manager.

Pochettino has much faith in the player, and states that his talent in hard work earned him his place in the team.

Indeed, despite the many clubs wishing to lay hands on the player, he is yet to express any desire to leave. The clubs in question are West Ham United and Tottenham Hotspur. Both seem in need of strikers at the moment.

The club is pricing less than £50 million. The price is quite hefty this deep into the transfer window and may not find a buyer soon enough.

Still, there is a very decent possibility for the transfer to occur. As bids of that calibre are still occurring at this moment.

Will Chelsea part with Conor Gallagher?

Hopefully not, as Pochettino views the man as a vital part of the team. In fact, despite the club making the player available, the manager is outright refusing to sell him.

However, there is a chance, a slight chance, that a club may approach with an offer thay can’t refuse. Until then, Gallagher is still as blue as ever.
