Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi is reportedly set to join Bayer Leverkusen on loan. However, the loan will not include a buy option.

The loan deal will be a simple 1-year deal. However, a permanent move cannot be ruled out as Callum is not in Thomas Tuchel’s plans.

According to reports, Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi is all set to join Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen on loan. The report also states that the winger was given a chance to seek a move. This is because he does not feature in the plans of Thomas Tuchel. Hence, the club have reportedly given him the green light to join the Bundesliga.

The report also states that 20 clubs were looking to sign the Chelsea winger. However, it looks like Bayer Leverkusen have won the race for his signature. Many clubs like AC Milan, Newcastle United, Leicester City, and Crystal Palace were also interested in his services. However, Hudson-Odoi has chosen Bayer Leverkusen to progress ahead in his career.

CHELSEA ARE GOING TO BE BUSY WITH INCOMINGS AND OUTGOINGS.

According to multiple reports, Callum Hudson-Odoi will not be the only player to leave Chelsea. Hakim Ziyech is also going to leave this window. Thomas Tuchel wants an entirely different forward line for the future. Hence, Timo Werner and Romelu Lukaku have left the club. Pulisic is also close to leaving the club. However, Thomas Tuchel wants him to stay at the club.

Chelsea are also going to be busy in terms of incomings. The club are currently in talks to sign Pierre-Emerick -Aubameyang, Anthony Gordon, and Wesley Fofana. They have already agreed personal terms with the club. However, they are having problems agreeing a transfer fee for the players. Hence, the club and owner Todd Boehly will have their work cut out in the last week of the transfer window.

Callum Hudson-Odoi was linked with a move to Bayern Munich in 2019. However, the player signed a new contract to stay at Chelsea. Although after Frank Lampard his game time under Thomas Tuchel has reduced. The winger has also struggled with injuries.
