Arsenal reportedly have doubts over signing Sassoula forward Gianluca Scamacca. The striker is all set to leave Sassoula after rejecting an extension. The Gunners are on the lookout for new options following the departures of their two main strikers. Pierre Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette have joined Barcelona and Lyon respectively. Gabriel Jesus has been linked with a move to Gunners.
There are also reports saying, Jesus has already agreed personal terms. All left is agreeing a fee with Manchester City. Although, if that deal does not happen Arteta is also been credited with an interest in Scamacca. Gianluca is a player, the north London side have appreciated since they missed out on Dusan Vlahovic in the January transfer window.

However, according to recent reports, the Arsenal coaching staff have doubts about his style of play. His style is contrasting to Gabriel Jesus. The reports states that despite those doubts, Arsenal technical director Edu is said to be a huge admirer of the 23-year-old striker.
Scamacca, who is currently on international duty, scored 16 goals in 36 Serie A appearances last season. The Italian striker is also a potential target of Paris Saint- Germain. Juventus have also shown interest in the player.
Gianluca Scamacca is a young striker with the potential to be a world-class striker. Also, he is compared to the likes of Zlatan. Wherever he goes he will surely be the future star of the team. Sassuolo values the forward at 35 million and that is a fair price for a 22-year-old striker with big potential.
Scamacca is also open to the idea of playing in the Premier League and other abroad leagues. This will be positive news for Arsenal and other interested teams. Arsenal should move fast to sign him because he is a striker in demand.
