Liverpool players were put through their paces as they prepare for an important game. They play Brighton in the next Premier League fixture.

Jurgen Klopp will be looking to get some sort of good form from his players. Whereas, Brighton will be hoping for a positive start under Roberto De Zerbi.

Liverpool players were seen training hard ahead of a tough fixture. They face Brighton in their upcoming Premier League fixture. The last Premier League match against Chelsea was postponed because of the funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Hence, Jurgen Klopp’s men played their last match against Ajax in the Champions League two weeks ago.

Whereas, their last game in the league was a goalless draw against Everton. Hence, Liverpool will be looking to get their rhythm back. Brighton will also look to start on a positive note under new manager Roberto De Zerbi. Their last game against Crystal Palace was also postponed because of the funeral. Hence, both teams will look to get the grips early in the game.

The Reds are going to have a number of players back in the first team. In the training, Ibrahim Konate, Caoimhin Kelleher, and Calvin Ramsay were back in training. Konate has played limited football before the injury. Whereas, Caoimhin Kelleher and Calvin Ramsay have not made the matchday squad due to their respective injuries.

However, Alex Oxlade Chamberlin, Naby Kieta, Curtis Jones, and Andy Robertson did not make the training. All four players are nursing injuries at the moment. However, another surprise was Diogo Jota, Luiz Diaz and Darwin Nunez were also absent. Although, some reports have said that they are yet to come back from the international break. However, Jurgen Klopp hopes that the three forwards will be involved against Brighton.

Liverpool will be hoping to score a number of goals against Brighton. However, Brighton also needs to make sure that they do not play ultra-defensive football. If both teams play attacking football, it should be an exciting Premier League fixture.
