Renato Sanches is reportedly set to join Paris Saint-Germain from Lille. This comes amid reports linking him to Arsenal and Tottenham.

The midfielder will finally get his dream move done. The Portugues midfielder has been trying to leave Lille since the last summer transfer window.


According to reports, Renato Sanches is close to joining Paris Saint-Germain. He was all set to go to A.C Milan. However, the Italian champions could not agree a fee for the midfielder. It now seems Paris Saint-Germain are close to finding an agreement for the talented midfielder. Renato Sanches has impressed everyone since arriving at Lille. He has also silenced those critics who were joking about him after the disastrous Swansea City loan spell in the Premier League.

The midfielder also has left his nightmare spell at Bayern Munich behind him. However, the midfielder has never closed the doors to a move to the bigger club. Wolves were earlier desperate to sign him. However, they could also not agree a fee with Lille. Lille are known as tough negotiators. Although, it looks like Paris Saint-Germain have managed to crack the code.


According to reports, Tottenham and Arsenal were also monitoring his situation. However, they decided not to sign him. Arsenal and Spurs have been busy in the transfer market. Both have signed five and six years respectively in this transfer window. The reports also added that the Spurs were looking to acquire his services. However, in the end, they signed Yves Bissouma from Brighton.

Arsenal were also heavily linked with the midfielder. However, they decided to sign Oleksandr Zinchenko and Fabio Viera. Both the players are capable of the midfield role. They are also linked with a move for Leicester City’s midfielder Youri Tielemans. The Gooners see him as a viable player they can afford in the transfer window.

Although, Renato Sanchez will now move to Paris Saint-Germain. He will reunite with Lille’s former coach and Paris Saint-Germain current manager Christophe Galtier. The manager was very keen on the midfielder. It seems PSG and the manager have got their man. They are now very close to finding an agreement for the midfielder.
